Er endete mit der &#8222;<a class=\"external-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/documents\/ga\/conf166\/aconf166-9.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kopenhagener Deklaration f\u00fcr soziale Entwicklung<\/a>&#8222;. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In dieser Deklaration wurde festgeschrieben, dass Armutsbek\u00e4mpfung im Zentrum aller entwicklungspolitischen Anstrengungen der Zukunft stehen m\u00fcsse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Weitere wichtige Einzelpunkte dieser Deklaration:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul class=\"level1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8222;20:20-Initiative&#8220;: Interessierte Entwicklungs- und Industriel\u00e4nder sollen sich gegenseitig verpflichten, durchschnittlich 20% der \u00f6ffentlichen Entwicklungshilfe bzw. 20% des Staatshaushalts f\u00fcr soziale Grunddienste zu verwenden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Schuldenstrategie: Auch k\u00fcnftig soll den \u00e4rmsten und hochverschuldeten Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern, insbesondere armen afrikanischen L\u00e4ndern, vorrangig durch Schuldenerleichterungen geholfen werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus soll Schuldenerlass auch f\u00fcr armutsorientierte Programme m\u00f6glich sein.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Alle Staaten sind aufgefordert, Kinder- und Zwangsarbeit zu verbieten sowie Vereinigungs- und Tariffreiheit zu gew\u00e4hren.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Auswertung<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Die Auswertung der UN zu dieser Konferenz:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a class=\"external-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/esa\/socdev\/wssd\/text-version\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8222;World Summit for Social Development (March 1995, Copenhagen)<\/a>:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Brought together 117 heads of State who committed their governments to eradicating poverty &#8222;as an ethical, social, political and economic imperative&#8220;.
